Upon your arrival, we’ll spend the initial night in proximity to the airport, adjusting our plans according to your schedule. The following day, our journey takes us to Lake Jozini in pursuit of the formidable tiger fish. Nestled in the heart of Kwazulu-Natal Zulu land, Lake Jozini stands as South Africa’s premier destination for tiger fishing. Merely a 30-minute drive from the Pongola Game Reserve, it offers a remarkable angling experience. Additionally, the Mkuze Game Reserve is a mere 15 minutes’ drive from our lodge. On the fourth day, we depart early morning for Lake St Lucia, where we’ll spend another three nights in this bustling tourist hub. Renowned for its charter fishing, St Lucia beckons with its diverse range of game fish species awaiting avid anglers. Our deep-sea fishing charters are contingent upon weather conditions, employing surf launches exclusively. Rest assured, each skipper boasts extensive experience, prioritizing safety above all else. Moreover, all operators are iSimangaliso Wetland Park concessionaires. Brace yourself for the exhilarating surf launch from the beach—an adrenaline rush unlike any other. Most fishing charters in St Lucia commence early morning, meeting at designated points for departure. Our itinerary encompasses a leisurely boat cruise on the lake, a visit to a crocodile farm, and exploration of a cultural village and then onto fishing.
